Service 01 · Full-service SEO

Full-service SEO for doctors and healthcare brands, run as one program

Most practices buy SEO in pieces: a site audit here, a few blog posts there, a map listing from someone else. I run technical health, content, local search and authority as one plan, tied to what you actually want: more booked patients, qualified leads and revenue.

Is this you?

Signs you need one SEO program, not scattered tasks

01

Traffic is flat after months of SEO work

Tasks are being done, but nobody owns the plan that connects them.

02

Several vendors, no shared goal

One agency writes content, another handles listings, a developer touches the site, and nobody checks the result against bookings.

03

Rankings exist but calls do not

Visitors land on pages that explain a condition or treatment and never move on to booking.

04

You cannot tell what is working

Reports list impressions and positions, not patients or leads.

05

Competitors with weaker clinicians outrank you

Their site, listings or reviews send stronger signals than yours.

06

A redesign, merger or new location is coming

Search needs to be planned in from the start, not repaired afterwards.

What you get

What a full-service SEO program covers

01

Strategy and priorities

A plan built from your services, locations and margins, ordered by what is most likely to bring patients first.

02

Technical health

Crawl, indexation, speed, structured data and migration safety, so search engines can find and understand the pages that earn you business.

03

Content and topical authority

Service pages, condition pages and guides written around real patient questions and reviewed by clinicians where needed.

04

Local search

Google Business Profile, location pages, citations and review flow for each location or provider.

05

Trust and authority

Author and reviewer signals, citations, reputation and links earned from sources that matter in your field.

06

Conversion path

Booking pages, calls, forms and tracking, so visits can be traced to appointments and leads.

07

Reporting

A monthly view of what changed, what it earned and what happens next, in plain language.

Process

How the program runs

Phase 1

Diagnose

Audit the site, listings, content and competitors to find the real constraints.

Phase 2

Plan

A prioritized 90-day roadmap tied to your goals and your capacity to act.

Phase 3

Build

Fixes shipped as developer tickets, content briefs and listing updates your team can follow.

Phase 4

Measure

Track rankings, bookings and leads against the plan every month.

Phase 5

Improve

Reprioritize from the results, so the work compounds instead of repeating.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not

Good fit

  • Doctors, practices and health brands that want one accountable owner for SEO
  • Multi-location groups that need every location and provider to be found
  • SaaS, B2B and e-commerce teams that want SEO tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Teams moving on from an agency that reports activity but not results

Not a fit

  • Anyone looking for guaranteed rankings or link packages
  • Businesses that need a single one-off task, such as one audit (see Diagnostic audits)
  • Teams that are not ready to act on recommendations

Engagement

How we would work together

FAQ

Questions people ask before they book

What is full-service SEO?
It is one program that covers a site's technical health, content, local search, trust signals and reporting, planned together instead of bought as separate tasks.
How is it different from technical SEO?
Technical SEO fixes how search engines crawl and understand the site. Full-service SEO includes that and adds the content, local and authority work that brings patients or buyers in.
Who does the work?
I do. Every engagement is delivered by me, working with your developers, writers and staff.
How long until results show?
Technical and listing fixes can move within weeks. Content and authority work usually takes a few months to build. The roadmap sets expectations and I report against them every month.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No one can guarantee rankings. I commit to the work, the reporting and a plan tied to the metrics that matter to your business.
Which countries do you work in?
Most clients are in the United States, with others in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. My hours overlap US Eastern and Central time.
